Cultural change for High Street

From the Maitland Mercury report:
A cottage down the block from Maitland Repertory and the newly opened Maitland Regional Art Gallery has been targeted for a bookshop, cafe and bar to complete the triangle of the arts: performing, visual and literary, in the area.
The plans would restore the purpose of the building at 274 High Street, which was home to Pepperina’s cafe before it was relocated to Newcastle.
